Registration > Online Courses
We prefer that you complete the registration process in person. Registration usually takes about 1 hour. You may register between September 17 and February 26. Registration is from Monday to Friday at 11:00 a.m. sharp in room 407 (Lab) at the City Adult Learning Centre.
Please note: a pdf file detailing the registration process is available in the links menu to the left. It contains information specific to the 2009 academic year. Below is the general information only.

Required Documentation
(a) CALC students please have you timetable when you come to register.
(b) If you are NOT a regular day program student at CALC, YOU MUST bring the originals & photocopies of the following documents with you:
• Immigration documentation or proof of citizenship: Canadian Citizenship Card OR Canadian Birth Certificate OR Landed Immigrant Paper OR Student Authorization OR Deemed a Convention Refugee Paper
• Your most recent OST (Ontario Student Transcript). If you do not have an OST with prerequisite credits earned within the last 3 years, you will need to complete an assessment.
• Health Card
• Proof of residency (i.e. telephone bill, lease, etc).
If you are unable to complete the registration process in person, you will need to mail us photocopies of the above-mentioned documents. We prefer that you complete the registration process in person.

All applications must be accompanied by the following fees (paid by credit/debit card in person or certified cheque/money order if mailed — we prefer that you register and pay in person.
For CALC students: $100 per course
For other Ontario residents: $50 Registration Course Fee plus $100 for each online course
For non Ontario Residents: $800 per course
Please make your certified cheques/money orders payable to City Adult Learning Centre — we prefer that you register and pay by debit/credit card in person.
