CanEx Co-op Program information sessions for 2012 / 2013

The information below was updated on May 9, 2013.
• There will be an information and registration session on Tuesday, January 15th and Thursday, January 17th at 9:00 a.m. in room 112.
Come in person for English Language assessment. Bring the documents listed below and a debit card/credit card (no cash) to pay the $40 Student Activity Fee.
If there are still spots available in the program, additional registration dates will be announced.
The CanEx Co-op Registration Procedure
1. pick up application and related forms in the CanEx office, room 112
2. do the assessment for ESL level
3. fully complete the forms
4. bring the following documents (photocopies):
• refugee claimant papers (with work and study permit)/Citizenship/landed immigrant papers
• health card and your doctor's contact information
• proof of residence (driver’s licence or copy of a telephone bill)
• completed application
• draft resume
• current timetable if already registered at CALC
• transcript showing previous education and credits earned
5. talk to one of the CanEx teachers, room 112
